Naveen Kasturia, Adah Sharma star in Pati Patni Aur Panga

Naveen Kasturia and Adah Sharma are ready to leave the audiences in splits with the six-episode MX Original Series — Pati Patni Aur Panga. The story revolves around a small-time sub-broker whose dull life changes after marriage. The series will stream from 11 December on MX Player. Talking about her role, Adah Sharma says, “I’m very fortunate to get a chance to play a role like this and I can’t wait for people to watch it. The series will not just make you laugh, but it also throws light on the stereotypes that exist in our society.”

Naveen Kasturia adds, “Pati Patni Aur Panga is a light-hearted comedy but with a social message, which makes it a great story.”

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
