Staying healthy is the top priority for us during this pandemic. Payal Ghosh has also brought some changes in her lifestyle to stay fit and healthy. The actress will be having vegetarian diet over the next month or so. She will also practise yoga and other forms of fitness. Payal says, “Diet is the most important element while working on the physical and mental conditioning of the body. We are what we eat. A vegetarian diet keeps us calm and reports have shown it.”

The actress furthe says, “I will eat all the colourful vegetables. I will stick to my long walks if possible but yoga will be a huge part of my fitness regimen now on. Yoga soothes the mind and the body. These are uncertain and very difficult times. We have to do whatever we can to not just stay fit but in the right frame of mind.”
