Shraddha Das, who has several films as well as TV series such as Singardaan to her credit, has one of the fittest bodies in the industry and she continues to maintain the same amid the pandemic. The actress says she engages in a dance fitness routine and has taken up yoga as well. She does it almost every day or at least five times a week.

Sharing her fitness mantra, Shraddha says, “I engage in a dance fitness routine followed by yoga, each for 40-45 minutes back-to-back. So, almost two hours!And, I do it almost every alternate day.” The actress is a big-time foodie, she adds, “I love eating. I eat everything – be it my roti-sabzi, dal, pulao, fruits, sweets or the home-made pizza. You name it and I have it, but mostly home-cooked food. I keep the quantity and timings of eating in check though. And I never sleep immediately after eating ever. Also, I never go for fad diets. One has to eat a wholesome and balanced diet.”
