Pawandeep Rajan and Arunita Kanjilal have gained immense popularity after becoming everybody’s favourites in Indian Idol 12.

On the show’s completion, the ambitious and talented singers have been surrounded with opportunities. Recently, Pawandeep and Arunita met Hrithik Roshan and his parents. Moreover, the Roshans even blessed the two with some lovely gifts.

Speaking about the same, Pawandeep shares, “Both Rakesh ji and Pinkie ji got really emotional and hugged both of us. We did sing quite a few songs and they really enjoyed our company.”

Also, Hrithik’s mother gifted him a gold chain with rudraksha and pouches with Goddess Laxmi coins in it. “She told me that the chain was given to her by her father. I was about to get myself a rudraksha and Pinkie ji gifted it to me instead,” said Pawandeep.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.
