“Today is Bhai's 5th death anniversary... A lot has happened since June 14, 2020,” Shweta wrote. “CBI has now submitted a report to the court, and we are in the process of retrieving it. But no matter what happens, don’t lose heart or faith in God or in goodness.”

Describing Sushant’s spirit, she added: “Always remember what our Sushant stood for—purity, a thirst for learning, a heart full of love, and child-like innocence. He hasn’t gone anywhere. He is in you, in me, in all of us.”

Shweta has consistently maintained that her brother did not die by suicide, despite the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) concluding otherwise. The family continues to seek justice, questioning the findings of the probe.

In her post, Shweta also urged fans not to use Sushant’s name to spread negativity. “He wouldn’t have liked that,” she said. “Let his legacy continue. You are the burning candle that lights up others. Great people influence generations because their essence lives on.”
