Be ready for major nostalgia as after almost 13 years, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii is reportedly coming back on TV screens!

It is one of the most successful shows to run on Indian TV which became a cult in the 2000s. It ran for eight years, enjoying a massive fan following for the show and the lead characters, Parvati and Om.

Actors, including Sakshi Tanwar, Kiran Karmarkar, Ali Asgar and Shweta Kawatraa became household names. While the show deals with daily matters and trivial issues of a household, it also teaches that sometimes one must stand against their loved ones to do what is morally right.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
