Taapsee Pannu will be seen as cricket legend Mithali Raj in the upcoming biopic Shabaash Mithu. The makers have finally unveiled the trailer of the much-awaited sports drama. The trailer showcases the journey of Mithali Raj and is a tribute to the recently retired icon. The message of nazariya badlo, khel badal gaya is well showcased in the trailer.

The trailer was launched by one of India’s greatest cricketers Sourav Ganguly. Shabaash Mithu is directed by Srijit Mukherji and produced by Viacom18 Studios. It will hit the theatres on July 15. The film is a coming-of-age story of women’s cricket in India. It will chronicle the setbacks and moments of euphoria of Mithali Raj’s life.

Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu also has Dobaaraa, Blurr, Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan and Dunki lined up for her.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.
