Ramayana, produced by visionary Namit Malhotra, is poised to be the biggest cinematic project ever made, a grand retelling of India’s most revered epic.

With anticipation building by the day, the film promises to redefine storytelling and raise the bar for Indian cinema on a global stage.

And now, an exciting update has arrived: the first official glimpse into the world of Ramayana will be unveiled on July 3.

Titled Ramayana: The Introduction, this announcement promo will be launched across 9 cities in India, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune and Kochi on Thursday, July 3. It marks the beginning of a new cinematic chapter and offers audiences their very first look into this epic world.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios and 8 times Oscar Winning VFX Studio, DNEG, in association with Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, Ramayana Part 1 is set to release on Diwali 2026, followed by Part 2 on Diwali 2027.
