Actress and a popular social media face, Anusmriti Sarkar made her debut in the industry with One Day Justice Delivered, alongside Anupam Kher and Kumud Mishra. Then she bagged the much-talked-about film, Oo Pushpa I Hate Tears, where she shared the screen space with actor Krushna Abhishek and Jayraam Karthik. Also, her music album Regret has crossed 42 million views on YouTube. Now, she is preparing for her upcoming release, which is yet untitled.

Speaking about this journey, Anusmriti says, “It’s been a very fruitful journey so far. I’m overwhelmed with all the love that I have got. Working with some great actors of the industry has taught me so much. Currently, I am working on a very interesting subject and can’t really wait to witness what the audience has to say about my work.”

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
