Veronica Vanij to star in web series titled Jo Hukum Mere Aaka

Veronica Vanij, who recently made her debut with Smartphone, is all set to star in a web series alongside Krushna Abhishek and Shreyas Talpade. Titled Jo Hukum Mere Aaka, the series is being directed by Rajeev Ruia.

Veronica says, “The OTT is one fabulous platform. It has given a run for money to the 70mm. Some of the biggest stars are signed by the OTT and it has managed to become a phenomenon in India. We have a whole bunch of talented stars who work predominantly on the OTT. Its advent is such a boon to the content space. I am playing a very funny character in the series. I am trying various genres and comedy is my favourite. I am really looking forward to the response of the audience.”

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
