When Vicky Kaushal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra come together for Sam Bahadur table read

Chandigarh, July 31

The team of biopic Sam Bahadur is gearing up for the film and we know it, thanks to Vicky Kaushal who shared the glimpses of the preparation going into it. He shared some photos of their table read that feature his co-stars Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Sheikh. There is also a photo of the film’s director Meghna Gulzar.

Backed by Ronnie Screwvala, Sam Bahadur is based on India’s war hero Sam Manekshaw, who was the chief of Army staff during the Indo-Pakistan war on 1971. He was the first Army officer to get promoted to the rank of field marshal.

Along with the photos, Vicky wrote, “Reading together, a story we are honoured to tell. Of a Soldier and a Gentleman. Our Samबहादुर”

These photos are a sign the biopic is set to go on floors soon.

Meanwhile, Vicky has Govinda Naam Mera with Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar. He will also be seen in The Great Indian Family, an untitled film by Laxman Utekar opposite Sara Ali Khan and a film with Tripti Dimri.
