With multiple big ticket films hitting the digital platform along with an ease of theatrical releases, the year witnessed some finest performances across impactful content. The young actors taking the lead in driving the content, 2021 was a treat for the audiences.

Sidharth Malhotra:

Bringing to screen the valour, sacrifice and determination of the braveheart martyr Vikram Batra, Sidharth Malhotra delivered his career best performance in ‘Shershaah’, emerging as one of the most-loved films of the year.

Kiara Advani:

Defining simplicity, innocence and romance with her earnest and impressive performance, Kiara Advani turned an instant hit amongst the audience. Kiara’s Dimple Cheema resonated with the public owing to her compelling act in the emotionally heavy climax, making her a favourite among cine lovers.

Kriti Sanon:

Making a mark for herself as an actor in content-based films, Kriti Sanon won hearts playing a surrogate mother in Mimi. Her emotionally driven performance struck a chord with the audience, garnering praise from all quarters. 

Kartik Aaryan:

Breaking the mould of his stereotyped lover boy characters, Kartik Aaryan grabbed the attention of the audience with his intense and grainy performance as Arjun Pathak in ‘Dhamaka’. Impressing the audience and critics alike, Kartik Aaryan began a new era of his career with ‘Dhamaka’.

Aayush Sharma:

Shockingly impressing the audience with his drastic transformation, physical as well as character-driven, Aayush Sharma emerged as a revelation in ‘Antim: The Final Truth’. From the guy-next-door to the menacing dreaded gangster, Aayush Sharma’s grey, layered character impressed everyone.

Radhika Madan:

A versatile performer, Radhika Madan has built a strong fanbase with interesting and challenging characters one after another. Radhika’s performance as Didi made a lasting impression even in a special appearance in Shiddat. We saw her glamorous side too for the first time.
