As many as 120 patients were examined and screened free of cost at a orthopedics checkup camp at Park Nidaan Hospital in Sonepat. The patients suffering from knee and hip pain got special benefits during the camp where the elderly, women and the youth associated with sports participated in good numbers.

The camp was organised to provide state-of-the-art diagnosis and consultation for knee and hip joints, especially problems such as arthritis and joint degeneration.

The patients were not only given free consultation but were also told in detail about the advanced joint replacement solution based on robotic technology ‘Robo-3D-Knee-Resurfacing’. Dr Bhanu Pratap Singh Saluja, director-Robotic Arthroplasty Centre of Excellence, interacted with the patients and provided them a clear understanding about their knee and hip problems. According to him, today in the field of technology, robotics has made joint replacement surgery even easier and more effective.
