With the arrest of Sonu of Silani village in Jhajjar district, the total number of arrests in the case related to impersonation in the written examination held for recruitment of constables in the CRPF has gone up to 18.

Police PRO said Sanjay Kumar, Commandant, 51st battalion of CRPF at Chandigarh, lodged a complaint at Rai police station in the district on August 27 last year against 417 persons over their impersonation by others in the examination. —OC
