Panipat, December 17

Two youths were killed in an accident near Megha Mall on NH-44 in Samalkha on Thursday. The deceased have been identified as Neeraj (21) and Vineet (20) of Kali Ramna Pana in Samalkha town.

Ajeet of Shastry colony in his complaint to the police said that he and Sunil were standing near the Megha Mall and waiting for Neeraj and Vineet as they had to go to Gannaur for some work.

As Neeraj and Vineet were nearing them, a speeding car hit their motorcycle.

The car driver ran away from the spot, leaving his car there. The police rushed them to the general hospital where doctors declared Neeraj and Vineet brought dead.
