23 IAS, two IPS officers shifted

Chandigarh, January 22

The Haryana Government on Wednesday shifted 23 IAS and two IPS officers with immediate effect.

Dheera Khandelwal, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Art and Culture Affairs, has been given the additional charge of Women and Child Development. SN Roy, ACS (Transport), has been posted as ACS (Urban Local Bodies).

Anurag Rastogi, Principal Secretary (PS), Excise and Taxation, has been given the additional charge of PS (Transport) while V Umashankar, Additional Principal Secretary (APS) to the CM and PS (Urban Local Bodies), has been posted as PS (Haryana Citizen Resource Information) in addition to APS to the CM.

Anurag Aggarwal, Chief Electoral Officer, will also hold the charge of MD, HSIIDC, while Vijendra Kumar, Secretary (General Administration) will hold the additional charge of PS (Skill Development). Rakesh Gupta, Project Director of Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates, will also hold the charge of Director General, Skill Development. Nitin Kumar Yadav, Secretary (Personnel), will hold additional charge of Director General (Supplies and Disposal).

Pankaj Aggarwal, Director General (Food and Supplies) will be the new Labour Commissioner while Vijay Singh Dahiya, Labour Commissioner, has been posted as the Director General (Agriculture). Ajit Balaji Joshi, Exise and Taxation Commissioner, will be the new Director General (Higher Education).

WS Goyat, Secretary (Finance), has been posted as the Secretary (Archives) while A Sreenivas, Director (Higher Education) has been posted as the Managing Director (Dairy Development). Shekhar Vidyarthi, Director (Environment) will be the new Excise and Taxation Commissioner.

Sanjeev Verma, Special Secretary (Archives), will be Special Secretary (Finance) while Anita Yadav, Additional CEO, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority (FMDA), will the CEO of the Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board. Hardeep Singh, Director (Rural Development), will be the new Director (Environment).

RC Bidhan, Director (Consolidation and Land Holdings), will the new Sirsa DC while Chander Sekhar Khare, Director (Agriculture) will be new Director (Food and Supplies). Ashok Kumar Garg, Sirsa DC, will be new Director (Consolidation and Land Holdings). Garima Mittal, CEO, Smart City, Faridabad, will also look after the charge of Additional CEO, FMDA.

Prabhjot Singh, Director (Skill Development), has been posted as the Special Secretary (Health) while Viender Kumar Dahiya, Director, State Transport, will be Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner.

Meanwhile, IPS officer OP Singh, Special Officer (Community Policing and Outreach) in the CMO, has been posted as PS (Sports and Youth Affairs). Rajneesh Garg, ADC (Tourism) to the CM, will also hold the charge of State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad.
