3 miscreants arrested after exchange of fire

The accused were identified as Sahil, a resident of Delhi, and Nitin and Anmol, who belong to Kurukshetra. Sahil and Nitin suffered bullet injuries in their legs and were taken to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash District Civil Hospital. The police arrested Anmol from the spot. All accused are in their 20s.
CIA-2 incharge Mohan Lal said a tip-off was received that the three miscreants riding a two-wheeler without a number plate. As per the information, two of them were carrying firearms and were likely to commit some crime.
Following the tip-off, the police teams reached the service lane of the NH-44 near Jirbari village. When the police signalled them to stop, they attempted to escape, but their motorcycle skidded, causing them to fall.
