A National Security Guard (NSG) Major, two doctors and an MBBS student of SGT University were arrested for creating ruckus in an inebriated condition and tearing off the uniform of a policeman when they were stopped to enter the concert of singer Karan Aujla in Gurugram on Sunday.

produced in a city court, which sent them to judicial custody.

The incident took place outside the venue when commotion escalated during the concert and security personnel were trying to control the situation. The accused were not only making noise, but also disturbing others.

When the police tried to control the situation, they attacked the policemen, leaving an official injured. After this, more officials reached the spot and all four of them.

The accused were identified as Dr Divyanshu (23), Dr Ajay (24), Major Abhay (26) and Rishabh (21). Rishabh is an MBBS student at SGT University.

“The accused were trying to enter the concert forcibly and when stopped by police, they created a ruckus and even tore off the uniform of a policeman,” said a spokesperson of the Gurugram police. “An FIR was registered against them under relevant sections of the BNS at the Badshahpur police station on Sunday. All accused were produced in a city court, which sent them to judicial custody,” he added.
