Two persons were killed and four others injured after two cars and a truck collided amid low visibility due to dense fog on the Hisar-Chandigarh highway on Saturday morning.

The deceased have been identified as Anoop Garg of Thanesar in Kurukshetra and Suresh of Jajanwala village in Jind district.

Earlier, reports indicated four persons to be killed in the mishap.

As per information, the two cars collided near Uklana town on Hisar-Chandigarh highway due to dense fog. Later, when some locals were trying to help the victims, a truck crashed into the cars and overturned.

The truck reportedly ran over the people, who were standing at the accident scene.
