The Gurugram police arrested four miscreants for attempting to commit robbery in Faridabad on Sunday. A countrymade pistol, cartridge, an iron rod and a torch were seized from them.

The accused were identified as Sonu, Ravi Prakash, Astonish, and Jeetu. The police nabbed them while they were trying to rob commuters on a road from Ghata village to Faridabad on the pretext of taking a lift. “An FIR was registered against the accused at the Sector 56 police station,” said a police spokesperson.
