“Residents need not get their complaints typed on the computer. They can write down their problems on a simple paper and if any resident is unable to write his complaint, then an employee has been deployed by the district administration to do that,” said the ADC.

He said the residents' complaints were being heard by holding Samadhan camps at the district headquarters, subdivisional headquarters and Municipal Corporation office from 10 am to 12 noon every working day.

On the occasion, SDM Ashish Kumar, District Development and Panchayat Officer Rajpal Chahal, UHBVN Executive Engineer Ramendra Malik and District Social Welfare Officer Mahabir Godara were also present at the Samadhan Shivir.
