The Gurugram police will train 5,800 students in ethical hacking as part of its summer training programme.

The 9th edition of the internship programme, mentored by ACP (crime) Karan Goyal, was held in association with the Society for Safe Gurgaon (SSG) and Indo-Israeli cyber security enterprise SafeHouse Technologies. “With the help of the latest technology, we are updating public interface systems and internal police processes that will enable the department to improve efficiency, effectiveness and transparency. We want to work with engineering and management students and leverage their assistance to enhance the process. More than 5,800 students have already registered for the internship,” said Police Commissioner KK Rao.
