516 plaints received at ‘samadhan shivirs’

As per the instructions of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, ‘Samadhan Shivirs’ are being organised in all districts from October 22 in order to resolve the problems of citizens of the state. In the camps organised on Tuesday, all officers sat in their offices from 9 to 11 am and listened to the problems of people.

In total 516 complaints were raised by the citizens in the camps, out of which 143 complaints were resolved on the spot. Other complaints were sent to the officers of the departments concerned. Most of the complaints were related to property ID, vending zone, family identity card etc.
