Newly appointed office bearers of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Panipat on Friday.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday announced office-bearers for the Karnal Lok Sabha seat, and Panipat district executive members.

AAP district president Jasveer Kadyan said state president Dr Sushil Gupta had appointed Ajay Singla as the Karnal Lok Sabha secretary.

Dr Narender Jasia, Virender Arya and Azaad Beniwal were named Panipat district vice-presidents, Yogesh Malik the district secretary, Angrej Malik and Sandeep Pal the advocates, and Shamsher Bhalla, Sachin Jangra, Sanjeev Goyal, Dilbagh Khera and Pyarelal Gupta the joint secretaries for Panipat.

Jai Gopal Wadhwa has been appointed the Panipat city president while Soorajbhaan Rathi, former president Sector 18 RWA, has been appointed the Panipat rural president.

Pritpal Khera, who recently lost the Mayor poll, has been named the district president of the traders’ wing.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
