The SP has ordered a departmental inquiry led by DSP Atma Ram. Ramphal, a resident of Nangla Par village, in his complaint to the SP, said he had a dispute on two acres agriculture land worth Rs 2.5 crore with his brother Azaad, but Chahal purchased it for just Rs 80 lakh. He further alleged that the Sub-Inspector threatened his son saying he had done several encounters earlier.
