Additional Chief Secretary (Home-cum-Health) Rajeev Arora moved the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Saturday for setting aside the summoning order issued by the Panchkula Special CBI Court in the Manesar land scam. The petition is scheduled to come up for hearing on Monday.

The court had summoned Arora to face trial and appear on December 17. It was contended that the trial court order was without jurisdiction and ex facie illegal. — TNS
