Many business owners like coaching centres, restaurants, car bazars etc. put up banners and hoardings on main roads, which block the view of the traffic coming from opposite direction. The display boards are put up even around tree guards which affects the growth of plants. The administration must remove such hoardings immediately and impose fines on advertisers for causing inconvenience to public.
