An inmate at the Central Jail Ambala allegedly ended life by hanging himself in a bathroom of the jail on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Vijaypal (34) of Uttar Pradesh. He was serving life term in a murder case. As per the information, Vijaypal was found hanging around 5.30 am. A magisterial inquiry has been initiated. — TNS
