Sachin Gupta also instructed the Chief Sanitary Inspector to make sure that the garbage was collected on time and adequate tractor-trailers should be made available in all wards and areas.

The Commissioner appealed to the residents to dispose of their waste in dustbins instead of throwing it in open spaces, so that the cleanliness of the city could be maintained.

Later, the Commissioner inspected the Ambala Sadar area, where sanitary conditions were found to be poor in some areas, including Railway Road and Rambagh Road.
