Asked whether the post-mortem examination had confirmed if it was a case of suicide or there could be possibility of murder, the SP said the matter was being probed from all angles and the outcome of the investigation would be revealed soon.
Asked about the constitution of the SIT, the SP said the case was being investigated by different teams, including forensic and ballistic experts.
Questioned whether the bullet that killed Sandeep had been recovered, the SP said all details would be shared in due course.
Meanwhile, a police team reached Deshwal's office on the outskirts of Rohtak city and questioned him regarding the alleged suicide by the ASI and the circumstances leading to it. The police also scanned CCTV footage of cameras installed near Deshwal's office.
The ASI had gone to Deshwal's office before he allegedly committed suicide in a room built in the fields at Ladhaut village in the district.
