Atul Dhankar, a student of Class XI, brought laurels to the district by clinching four medals, including two golds, at the School State Swimming Championship organised by Department of Education, Sirsa.

His coaches, said he clinched a gold in 200 IM and one in 4x100 freestyle relay, while he got a silver in the 100m breaststroke and a bronze in 50m breaststroke. He also won medals at the district-level tournament.
