Bhiwani, Jind, Hisar MLAs likely to get ministerial berth

With the BJP having started preparations to form the government after returning to power for the third time in a row, a number of newly elected MLAs from Hisar, Bhiwani and Jind districts are in the race for the ministerial berth in the new government.

Among the prominent MLAs whose names are doing the rounds in the BJP circles include JJP turncoat Ram Kumar Gautam who won from Safidon on the BJP ticket, Narwana (served) MLA Krishan Bedi and Jind MLA Krishan Middha in Jind district.

Among the claimants in Hisar are former Deputy Speaker Ranbir Gangwa from Barwala, Vinod Bhayana from Hansi in Hisar district. Hisar’s Independent MLA Savitri Jindal who is the richest woman of the country is also speculated to be one of the probables as she had extended support to the BJP.

From Bhiwani and Charkhi Dadri district where the BJP made a remarkable impact by winning five out of six seats.

The BJP sources indicated that Dadri MLA Suneel Sangwan who joined the BJP just before the polls after resigning from the post of Jail Superintendent and Tosham MLA Shruti Choudhry could be chosen for the ministerial berth.

The BJP Haryana affairs incharge Satish Poonia had told The Tribune that the BJP would keep in mind the geographical and social balance during formation of the government.
