Workers have been asked to be vigilant. Appointment of BLAs should be done effectively,” said CM Saini while interacting with mediapersons on the sidelines of the state-level meeting at RKSD College on Sunday.
Targeting the Congress over allegations related to the SIR voter list corrections, Saini said the Opposition was “misleading people through deliberate misinformation”, even citing the recent controversy involving the photograph of a Brazilian woman. “The Congress survives only on lies and confusion. Their leaders have no real issue left. So, they have turned to baseless propaganda,” he added.
In the presence of the CM, BJP state president Mohan Lal Badoli, party’s organisational secretary Phanindranath Sharma, state general secretary Surinder Punia, state general secretary Archana Gupta and other senior leaders chalked out future plan for the party organisation, as well as Aatmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Yatra and for listening of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann ki Baat’ at every booth.
During the meeting, they interacted directly with the office-bearers. District presidents, district in-charges, state office-bearers, morcha chiefs, mandal presidents and officials associated with the Aatmanirbhar Bharat campaign from all districts of Haryana were present.
Saini also highlighted key welfare programmes fulfilled under the “217 election pledges,” including LPG cylinder subsidies, increased pension benefits and the Ladli Lakshmi scheme.
State BJP president Badoli lauded the discipline of party workers, saying their commitment is recognised “across the country.” Comparing workers to Lord Hanuman, he said organisational meetings help them realise their true strength.
Speaking on organisational matters, Badoli said that the appointment of BLAs must be done soon. He maintained that a major meeting of BLAs would be held shortly in which the CM will also participate. He further informed that on December 20 and 21, executive committee meetings would be held in all districts of the state and it is essential to discuss the ‘One Nation, One Election’ topic in every meeting. Badoli also announced mandal-level meetings on December 26–27 and later programmes at the Vidhan Sabha-level be organised.
Phanindranath Sharma emphasised strengthening booth-level networks, calling them the “core of BJP’s organisational power.” Sharma urged workers to actively convey government schemes to the public.
Senior leaders including minister Krishna Bedi, organisational office-bearers, district presidents and mandal chiefs from across Haryana participated in the meeting.
