The BSEH chairperson Dr Pawan Kumar announcing the results said out of approximately 3.31 lakh candidates who appeared for the test, around 47,000 managed to pass.
The HTET was conducted on July 30 and 31, in three levels — Level-1 (PRT), Level-2 (TGT), and Level-3 (PGT).
The chairman said that the pass percentages for these three levels was 16.2%, 16.4%, and 9.6%, respectively.
Sharma said that there was some delay in result declaration due to a security audit. “The audit led to changes in scores for some candidates.”
The announcement was made by the BSEH chairperson through the Board’s official social media and YouTube channel instead of holding a press conference. The results are now available on the Board’s official website.
