A driver of the Haryana Roadways bus was killed while nearly 15 passengers suffered minor injuries after the bus collided with a truck near Khanpur Kolian village on NH-44 in Kurukshetra.

As per the information, the bus of Sonepat depot was on its way from Delhi to Ludhiana-Chandigarh when it met with an accident on the national highway. The deceased driver was identified as Narender Kumar, a resident of Sonepat. Due to the collision the truck overturned on the highway.

The injured were rushed to the LNJP Civil Hospital in Kurukshetra from where they were discharged after getting first-aid.
