In his complaint, the lawyer said he is aggrieved by the conduct of Kejriwal.

The complainant said it seems Kejriwal, in conspiracy with other AAP members, has given such provocative and misleading statements to cause havoc in Delhi and Haryana that would sway the voters towards him.

The FIR has been lodged under charges of wantonly giving provocation, promoting enmity, spreading false information, false charge, and deliberate and malicious acts.
