In the letter, Charuni stated that two unions had been holding a protest over various demands, including legal MSP guarantee, at the Haryana-Punjab interstate border. Dallewal was in a critical condition. “Seeing the current situation, we all should reconsider and form a joint committee and take this movement to the national level so that the demands of the farmers can be met. We request to all the members that a joint meeting should be held as soon as possible to prepare the future outline and strategy of the movement,” he said.
