Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Saturday met Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah in Patna, Bihar. During the meeting, he discussed various important issues.

The Chief Minister also extended his warm greetings to Shah on the occasion of Dhanteras and Diwali.

Saini apprised the Union Home and Cooperation Minister of the achievements of the BJP government in Haryana, which was formed for the third consecutive time in the state.

Saini’s government completed one year in office on October 17. The government had to see the tough time as a Dalit IPS officer Y Puran Kumar committed suicide, blaming his seniors. Saini government had to send state DGP Shatrujeet Singh Kapur on leave, as he was named in the FIR for abetment to suicide. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also had to cancel his visit to the state.
