The vision of the state government is to partner with these volunteers for the uplift of the society. For this, a Samarpan portal, ‘samarpan.haryana.gov.in’, had been created on which the ex-servicemen and retired employees could register themselves as volunteers and the state government would implement these schemes in the right way with the help of their valuable experiences, he added.
