CM approves Rs 350-cr grant for development works in Hisar, Yamunanagar
CM Nayab Saini has approved Rs 35,087.42 lakh for the augmentation of sewerage schemes in Hisar and Yamunanagar under AMRUT 2.0. The funds will be utilised for the repair of manholes, laying sewerage in newly approved colonies and construction of STPs.
An official spokesperson said an amount of Rs 23,678.86 lakh had been approved for Hisar. He added that an estimated amount of Rs 11,408.56 lakh had been approved for providing and laying sewer lines in 12 newly-approved colonies and for extending the sewerage network to a newly approved colony in the suburban area
of Yamunanagar.
