“One nation, one election is a commendable decision for the country and its citizens. Simultaneous elections will save expenses and time while accelerating development. Congress leaders have the tendency to oppose every good work,” said Saini.
He praised the BJP government's 10-year tenure under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, highlighting efforts to ensure rapid development for all sections of society. “The Congress failed to achieve such development during its rule. People are witnessing the transformation, and the Prime Minister has set a target to make India a developed nation by 2047,” Saini added.
During the interaction, residents of Ladwa raised issues related to the police, public health and pending development works. The Chief Minister directed officials to address these grievances promptly.
Residents also demanded relocating the Government Senior Secondary School to land near the BDPO office. Saini instructed officials to assess the suitability of the land and prepare a proposal.
"Ladwa is my home and I was among family to listen and resolve their grievances. Pending development projects in Kurukshetra will be completed swiftly to avoid inconvenience. Corruption will not be tolerated and strict action will be taken against corrupt officials. Those doing good work will be appreciated and honoured,” Saini said.
Responding to complaints about poor drinking water supply, the Chief Minister directed the SDM to ensure clean water supply. He also ordered a quality check on the Babain-Shahabad road construction and strict action against contractors found using substandard materials.
Earlier in the day, Saini stopped his convoy in Pehowa to interact with Talheri village residents gathered by the roadside.
Deputy Commissioner Neha Singh, SP Varun Singla, BJP district chief Sushil Rana, senior leader Dharmveer Mirzapur and several officials and party workers were present during the visit.
