The body had been kept at his maternal uncle's house in Ladhaut village of the district.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini visited the aggrieved family this morning and offered his condolences.
The Chief Minister, who was accompanied by Minister for Development and Panchayats Krishan Lal Panwar, Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda, former minister Manish Grover, Mayor Ram Avtar Valmiki and other BJP leaders, assured the ASI's family of all possible help by the government.
Later in the day, Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda visited the family. Talking to the media, he demanded that the government should get the two suicides investigated under the supervision of a judge of the high court. He said no culprit should be spared.
INLD leader Abhay Singh Chautala also visited Sandeep's family and demanded a CBI probe into the matter. "It is surprising that it took six hours to register an FIR in the case even after personal assurance and intervention of the Chief Minister," he remarked.
The INLD leader alleged that the BJP government wanted to push the state towards arson by giving a caste colour to the entire episode. He said Saini should resign if he had no say in his government. "The BJP has shattered the social fabric of the state by dividing residents in the name of religion, caste and community. However, people will not fall prey to the sinister designs of the BJP regime," he stated.
INLD leader Sunaina Chautala also visited the family and sought justice for them.
