Addressing multiple gatherings during his day-long roadshow on Sunday, organised as part of the civic body poll campaign, Saini emphasised that the government had launched various schemes aimed at benefiting people across different sectors. “Our government is working relentlessly to ensure all-round development and growth, so that the living standards of the common man are uplifted,” Saini asserted.

Detailing major projects, he highlighted the planned extension of the Metro rail network from Ballabgarh to Palwal, fulfilling a promise made before the last Assembly elections.

He also pointed to the success of the Samadhan Shivirs (resolution camps) organised at district levels, aimed at redressing public grievances. “We’ve directed officials to address issues promptly, ensuring transparent and responsive governance,” he said. Saini added that with essential services now accessible online, residents have more efficient ways to raise their concerns.

On infrastructure, Saini stressed the government’s focus on enhancing Haryana’s transport network. “We are working on expanding highways and expressways while also strengthening public transport for better connectivity,” he stated.

Turning to healthcare, he highlighted the government’s Chirayu Yojana, which offers free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh annually for underprivileged families through Ayushman cards. “We have now extended this benefit to senior citizens above 70 years of age, free of cost,” he announced.

Saini also spoke about the government’s employment policies, stating that jobs are being given purely on merit. He praised Haryana’s sports promotion policy, which he said had helped the state achieve excellence in various sporting disciplines.

MLAs Moolchand Sharma, Dhanesh Adlakha, and Satish Phagna were among the leaders present during the roadshow.
