In a significant step towards resolving the repeated enhancement issues faced by plot holders, the Haryana Government has extended an opportunity for allottees to settle their dues under the ‘Vivad Se Samadhan Yojana 2024’. Eligible applicants can now apply till May 14, 2025, to avail of this resolution at concessional rates.

Providing further details, he said all categories of allottees, including residential plot owners, floor-wise registrants, group housing societies and institutional and industrial plot holders, can benefit from the scheme. Covering 140 sectors, the initiative is expected to provide a total discount of over Rs 550 crore to more than 5,000 applicants.

He urged plot holders to take advantage of this opportunity, emphasising that "resolving enhancement issues in time will bring financial relief and eliminate future uncertainties."
