The Congress Party organised a ‘Jai Hind Yatra’ to honour the bravery of the Army and its action against terrorism supported by Pakistan. The yatra began from the Congress office and ended at Parshuram Chowk.

MLA Shishpal Keharwala from Kalanwali said the courage of the Army had made the country proud. He added that through the yatra, people were showing respect and gratitude to the brave soldiers.

MLA Bharat Singh Beniwal also praised the Army and said that every Indian was proud of the soldiers. Congress state representative Rajkumar Sharma thanked the people for joining the yatra in large numbers. He said the event was not only to boost the morale of the Army but also to show that all citizens stand united for the safety and unity of the country.

Sharma also said that terrorism must end, and the country was giving a powerful reply to Pakistan. During the yatra, people raised slogans like “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Pakistan Murdabad.”

Many Congress leaders and local citizens took part in the yatra, including Veer Bhan Mehta, Anand Biyani, Urmila Bhardwaj, Mohit Sharma, Gajanand Soni, and several sarpanches.
