Launching a blistering attack on the Congress, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has said the Congress is anti-Dalit and it misleads the people to garner their support.

Singh was addressing a poll rally in Patauda village here to seek votes for the BJP candidate from Badli Om Prakash Dhankar, national secretary of the party and a former Agriculture Minister.

“In the recent Lok Sabha elections, the Congress leaders spread lies that the BJP would amend the Constitution and also end reservation if it came to power but I want to make it clear again that the reservation system will continue as usual. The Congress is anti-Dalit. Hence, a senior Congress leader in Haryana had adopted a rebellious attitude. It is surprising that the Congress is accusing the BJP of working against Dalits,” said the Defence Minister.
