Chandveer Hooda, state coordinator of the programme, said the initiative aimed to bring intellectually capable youth into organisational roles within the Congress. “Through this campaign, Congress intends to identify young talent and assign them responsibilities as spokespersons, media panellists, research coordinators, campaign coordinators and in other key positions,” he said.

“To ensure that the selection process is transparent, it has been divided into three stages — at the block and district levels, the application process, initial screening and selection will take place; At the state level, a written examination, group discussion and personal interview will be conducted; and at the national level, selected candidates will undergo final selection and professional training, ” Chandveer said.
