Former Haryana Chief Minister and Union Power Minister, Manohar Lal Khattar, said that the Congress was trying to mislead the people by telling lies but the people of the state would not fall into the trap of the Congress.

He said that the BJP was going to form a government in the state for the third time in a row. “It has been the history of Haryana that the one who has the government at the Centre forms the government in the state. Therefore, the BJP will form the government in the state third time also,” said Khattar.

While addressing a ‘Prabudh Nagrik Sammelan’ held at a college in Jagadhri on Sunday in support of BJP candidate from Jagadhri Assembly constituency, Kanwar Pal Gujjar, former Chief Minister Khattar said that the Congress was frustrated as the BJP had been in power in the state for the past 10 years and the Congress had to sit in opposition.

“Congress’ frustration can be gauged from the fact that it is not even able to announce its CM face,” he said.
