Two years after an 18-year-old youth fell from a society building in Sector 102, the police have registered a case against unidentified individuals under Section 304-A (death due to negligence) at the Rajendra Park police station following a directive from a local court.

Tushar (18) fatally fell from the Heritage Society building around 6 pm on March 11, 2022.

Nawal Kishore Rustagi, the deceased’s father, initially filed a complaint with the police, expressing suspicions that his son might have been pushed. However, when the police failed to take prompt action, Rustagi pursued legal recourse by approaching the court.

In his petition to the court, Rustagi highlighted that during the time of the accident, CCTV footage captured a scuffle between a man and a woman, who then disappeared shortly afterward. He alleged foul play, suggesting that someone may have pushed his son.
