On hearing a complaint by Kartarpura residents regarding the rampant sale of drugs in their locality, he directed the police officials to raid the premises of the drug-peddlers and take strict action against them.

Khadgata instructed the heads of all government departments to attend the Samadhan Shivir so that the grievances of the residents could be redressed immediately by taking decisions on the spot.

After hearing a complaint of Chuliana village panchayat regarding irregularities in the construction of a ghat at the village pond, the Deputy Commissioner ordered a vigilance inquiry into the matter.

The village panchayat had complained that the newly constructed ghat got damaged just after a few days, due to which there was a problem while taking the animals to the pond. In another matter, Khadgata asked the District Revenue Officer to get the surplus land in the district registered on the Meri Fasal, Mera Byora portal.

He also directed the officials of the Public Health Department to get the sewerage cleaned in the Mansarovar Colony and prepare a proposal to replace the old drinking water pipeline.

“To provide the requisite facilities in the colonies regularised by the government recently, these should be included under the AMRUT-2 scheme,” the Deputy Commissioner said. He ordered the officials concerned to get the inlet water channel along the Sonepat road covered to ensure the supply of pure and adequate drinking water to waterworks. He also directed the officials of the Irrigation Department to remove the unauthorised encroachments from this inlet channel and the Bhalaut sub-branch.

On hearing a complaint regarding the stalled construction work at Sakshi Malik Stadium in Mokhra village, Khadgata asked the officials concerned of the Public Works Department (PWD) to take necessary action to complete the construction work.
